Our first family camping trip with Jack!

First a few outfits that fit Jack now.

Last weekend we decided to be brave and go camping with family at El Capitan just north of Santa Barbara. Jack did so well! Here are some moments from a fun few days.

The summer keeps on rolling. It's hard to believe we're well into August already. Betsy's life is very full balancing work and "mommy-hood". I've been home with Jack. We have lots of house projects in mind right now, but we haven't accomplished a lot....yet. Here are some of the pictures from the past few weeks with our little family and some of our friends.

Jack is becoming very studious. He now can handle a book for more than 30 seconds at a time. He's our Rhodes Scholar in the making.

He's responding to music a little more, too. He got really excited when I played my guitar for him here.
