September Memories

September was a busy but FUN month for our family.
Here are some highlights:
Our boys continued to grow and change.
Ahhh... brotherly love.
We got together with Betsy's family to cheer for UofM in their awesome victory over Notre Dame!

Jack enjoyed his very first Drumstick during the game.

Needless to say, we were a little pumped up about the exciting game!
This is a genuine picture, by the way. It was not posed later. It was taken during true celebration. :)
We also enjoyed great times with good friends. Here Matt reads to all the toddlers. :)
And a quick visit from Auntie Betsy was enjoyed by all!
Our baby continued to grow bigger and gave us lots of sweet smiles.
He is SUCH a happy boy.

We made our annual trip to the LA County Fair. Once again, the highlight for Jack was at the petting zoo. We could hardly keep up with him. He bobbed and weaved through the animal pen, barely touching each animal, but he giggled the whole time.

Ben and Dave just had to play one game. Ben ended up making several shots and won a prize. He let Jack pick out the prize, and Jack picked this HUGE stuffed banana. The little boys were SO enthralled with this giant fruit man. The moms were not so thrilled, and joked about selling it. Next thing we knew, a teenage boy sheepishly came up behind us and said, "Were you serious about selling that banana?" Stephanie quickly said "Yes, $10 bucks!". SOLD! HAHA! The teenage boy bought the ugly banana for his girlfriend... how romantic! While all of the adults were glad we didn't have to take the banana man home, the boys were a little shocked to see their new friend come and go so quickly. Good thing we got a picture to save the memory. :)
